BudgetReach is a hospitality technology company based in Maharashtra, India. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

3. Accounts & the property dashboard

Access to the HGMS property dashboard is restricted to authorised, registered partners. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe poses a security risk.

4. Communications & consent

By contacting us or registering for the Services, you agree that we may send you service and transactional messages necessary to provide the Services.
